I became hooked on exercise and the food strategies that accompany it, while studying French and working out in Columbia University’s gym. It started out as a way to unwind after class, and led to what is now a twenty year career in fitness. A sound mind in a sound body is a thing to be prayed for (orandum est, ut sit mens sana in corpore sano) said Juvenal. He was wrong: we have to make it happen through consistent physical exercise which invariably enhances our mindset.
So many students asked for my advice on how to get a body like mine, that I decided to make it official. My training skills were honed during many years working in the most upscale fitness/wellness clubs in the city. These experiences coupled with my ongoing interest in Applied Functional science, have given me the tools to help you get the body you want. These experiences have given me the tools to help you get the body you want, to get rid of the joint pain, get leaner, and more... In short, I create an awesome environment for your success. I have to give a shout out to the great faculty and staff at the Gray Institute, www.grayinstitute.com, where I continue to learn more about Applied Functional Science.
